The staffs at the reception were really helpful. they know a lot about Nice, where to eat, what to do & even provided us with map and train timetable. The train station to monte carlo on 4 blocks fr the hotel! The room suits our need. We travelled with a baby so it was good to have a kitchenette. We knew before booking that room service only available every other day, but didn't find that a nuisance. Carrefour just across the street, easy to get any essentials there.
all reviews » We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram stop which is handy. The apartment had plenty of space a good sized bathroom a nice lounge a great location in Nice the staff were so helpful and the kitchenette was well equip we had read revues on this hotel with some problems I can say we would stay with this hotel group again Just read all the details about the hotel before you book and then you know what you are getting. staff was very courteous. the studio concept with a small kitchenette was a treat for us, since we are vegetarians. Breakfast was fresh, and the dinning room was very inviting. the reception staff always guided us to travel to diff. location using public transport system, which helped us to save lots of euros. Great Fun we had. Very nice rooms, large and comfortable beds (also the sofa bed). Walking distance to old town and the promenade (approx 20 minutes). Mall and grocery shop across the street Kitchen makes it possible to do own meals. Great service from staff and good breakfast - recommend to include. I stayed in a suite room. Had 2 small rooms, one with a queen size bed and a bathroom (no toilet though) and another small room with an sofa bed and a toilet. This small room had also a small kitchenette. We were three people. Overall good. Staff is very friendly. The staff was very helpful.. They work from their heart..they go out of their way to accommodate the guests. Special thanks to Emmanuel for taking extra time and effort for making our trip the best one ever!!! The hotel is lucky to have such fabulous workers. Reception and staff were excellent. Decor was very tasteful, modern and high quality. Rooms were modern. Appliances such as air conditioning, fridge and shower were fantastic. Balcony was big. We were on the sofa bed rooms but sofa bed was so comfortable. staff was friendly and attentive; the location right in front of a huge supermarket, though not in on the promenade still within the walking distance to most of the attractions in town. Tram stop and train station are both 5-7 min walk from the hotel. Excellent location 20min walk to the shopping street or 10min by tram, good cafes nearby. Pool on the roof, free wifi. Guy who checked me in was very friendly and helpful, other staff I encountered helpful; room was good size and despite being opposite lift - didn't notice; location wasn't great but shopping centre opposite was convenient. Wish the site had said that pool wasn't open yet as main reason I booked it .. :-(. Budget friendly hotel. Service varies from excellent to fair. Gym and pool is both a joke. WiFi excellent. Breakfast fair. Good location with excellent parking. In general french hotels have a low standard, this one is a little bit above. Well decorated hotel and staff was very friendly. Tram line(T1) is in 3-4 mins on foot. No wifi in the room but if you have a laptop, you can connect using broadband cable provided. The swimming pool wasn't opened when we were there, although we could really use the pool as the temp was 26 degrees. The area has very heavy traffic and we were glad we had requested a quiet room. nothing to not like . ?? but a bit strange if you stay 6 nights the room is cleaned and towels are changed every two days but if you stay more than 7 nights the room is only cleaned once a week?????? we knew this but it was strange to have the room cleaned and the bed changed on the seventh day as we were leaving in the morning .it would make more sense to service the room half way through the stay. Room service did not exist. the room was cleaned every alternate day, wished the washroom was cleaned every day. the health spa had no weight training machines. Some rooms dont have balcony and some rooms have a smaller kitchen than others - pool area was closed during winter (re-opened 15th may) - as it was warm and sunny would have been nice to be able to get outside (we had a room with no balcony). They clean your room and change your towels every other day. The breakfast was the same thing every day. Location is not that great but not too bad either. If you wanna go to nice restaurants or Promenade you have to walk about 20-30 min. Parking is 15 euro/day. Spent about 200 USD/day, which is I think a bit too much. I would've probably ranked it higher if it would be around 125-150 dollars/day. That they only pick up garbage and change towels very seldom.. It would have been better if they actual clean the room and the bathroom. Gym was very limited. Some weights would have been nice. residence there means that the cleaner comes once every 7 days only which is a major inconvenience of otherwise very good place to stay. Pool size was quite small, but still enough for our kids. Should have wi-fi inside rooms inside of wired option. The rooms are not serviced often. On arrival & departure we did not get assistance with our luggage and had to carry if ourselves. No internet in room - just in reception. Not a quick walking distance, need a tram ride to get to vieux nice or the beach. Be prepared: for longer stays the cleaning was only every 7 days. Sofa bed a bit disconcerting (I only see the point if rooms are linked), but reasonably comfortable. A small coffee/tea/milk pack would be cheap to provide and reap rewards with customer good will. Entrance to the parking is too narrow for business class cars. The room is very small , and the kitchen just beside the sofabed . The water will flow everywhere when you are taking a shower. No restaurant but several very nice restaurants close by. Pool is quite small as is area surrounding it and has no sun loungers but is still a nice touch especially for a city hotel. No wifi in the rooms. The thing I don't like is the carpet of the apartment. It didn't clean well enough because u can see many black dots on the carpet and smells a little bit. No wifi in the room. The location was a bit pore. i reserved a parking slot in my booking, but was told the carpark was fully parked when i checked in. would have to find somewhere in the street which is not easy in Nice as you can imagine. On booking, I requested a room not near an elevator shaft. Upon arrival, I found I had been assigned a room that actually wrapped around a main elevator shaft. I was extremely disappointed to have to discuss different options that night and the next morning. I would have expected the hotel to contact me prior to arrival saying they could not meet my request. Fortunately a better room came available the next day, but was only by chance. Poor breakfast for 4* facility (plastic tea-spoons, no vegetables/fruits, not caring staff). too corporate for me, a bedroom factory but pleasant. - noise - cleaning service - lights in the room. Parking very tight for a van. the internet is not avalibale in room. Normal bed would have been nice. Could not find pool. Standards of cleanliness were lacking in a few areas - eg under the microwave and sofabed (which clearly hadn't been a sofa for a very long time!). Nice is to big, Cannes is much better and has a provinsonal flair. If was a foldable sofa/bed and very uncortable to me. Location is a little far from main turistic sites No wifi available in the roon and I had to go to the lobby every night to use my iPad. Couldn`t find the Hotel as its sign is very small and a bus was parking in front. Bed is a sofa-sleeper, but room was very nice. Difficult parking situation. Even I knew it before, I was not so happy that it was not cleaned everyday. And as other guests also mentioned, the water came out to the floor when I have shower and then the bathroom gets totally wet afterwards.

For stays 6 or fewer nights, housekeeping is done every 2 days. For stays of 7 nights, no cleaning service is included. For stays of more than 7 nights, housekeeping is done on a weekly basis.
