Beautiful property overlooking a lovely bay with sand and beach huts. Food at hotel very good. Only one other place to eat if you were on foot, otherwise into Pont Aven or nearby. Sophisticated atmosphere. The location, the location, the location! Nicely styled and decorated room, quiet surroundings, direct access to the beach, good breakfast, restaurant on site. Gin and tonic no ice or lemon! Not enough sun loungers Very restricted menu and wine list. the price if breakfast. We asked for a room with a sea view: we were given a room at the top of the hotel with skylights only. You would have to be 7 feet tall to see the view!! We would normally expect a sitting out area with comfortable chairs for reading on bad weather days, but only a settee in the dining room was available. The bedroom sufficed.
