Hotel was in a great location, staff were friendly and the room was nice, big and clean. clean silent near local transports very kind staff. The hotel was in a great position just less than 5 min. walking from the Ryanair bus to reach Paris Beauvais and close both to the bus 82 that goes to the city centre and the metro. It was quite clean. Good location, close to Porte Maillot. Check in staff and cleaning staff were efficient, and night porter was a very friendly young man. Hotel is very conveniently located for air shuttles to Beauvais airpport. Room was spacious.proximity to Port Maillott, the coach station from Beauvais. close to the airport bus station. Convenience to get around. Location. Great distance to Champs Elysee. By metro not too far. . The distance to Arc deTriomph. the only thing I missed, was some cheese or something not-sweet at breakfast. Breakfast basic - no choice. Pillows were rubbish. I asked for a non-smoking room but it smells horrible all the stay (itwas for clear a smoking one...). the whole hotel is looking tied and needs refurbishing,but is situated in a very nice area a bit pricey but hey it is paris after all. Nothing really negative, it was a 2 star hotel and it looked like a 2 star hotel, nothing more. A bath but no shower curtains? Oh, and you'd better have a cell phone. The hotel does not pretend to be more than a very average 2star, and our room aws basic. But hotel prices for 2 star hotels in Paris and suburbs is TOTALLY INFLATED anyway. Someone needs to deal with this. These hotels are NOT WORTH 109 plus for a room!! Are they even worth 60 -70euro? Then add on 8.50 euro p.p. for breakfast if required. Another add on is tax de sejour - albeit minimal is not included in basic price. . stuffy room, bedding was poor. only one towel for us two. There was no air conditioning, elevator or proper shower facilities. There was no elevator (the room I had was on the fifth floor). Had I been travelling with a large suitcase, It would have been very difficult to carry it upstairs. Also, the shower was a sit down type. I was expecting a stand-up shower (it should have been explictly specified in the room description). The shower area is too small.Dirty, poorly decorated, unfriendly staff. the room reeked of tobacco smoke. Room was shabby and dirty, light fitting hanging out of the ceiling,bathroom was dirty and smelt of mould. They entered the room without asking permission and changed the towels. charged us twice for the room.Everything is old in the building. The pictures are misleading. The rooms are dirty and verry smelly (urine and smoke). The elveator is very old and scarry. You can hear your neighbours walking because of the wooden floor. Shower and bath are dirthy. Kitchen is a dissaster. If you need to stay bring allong disinfectants. The price is too high for what you get. Twenty euro per night is much better. Old and verry smelly rooms. Te interrior need urgently a paintjob. Carpets alre old and dirty. Showers are very bad shape. Old furniture. Dangerous old stairs and elevator. I don't understand that they have a permit to run a hotel. Two stars is too much it's not an hotel but a hostel or upgraded sleep-inn. My room smelled like an urinoir and the toilet smlled like a toilet of an old smelly bar. Breakfast is being prepared in an old drty kitchen.
