Villa la Muse is a 5-minute walk from the village of Le Rozier where guests can find a grocery store, a bakery and restaurants. Guests can observe the famous Roquefort cheese being produced the Caves de Roquefort, a 50-minute drive away.

We liked everything about Villa La Muse. The location was perfect for all the outdoor activities in the spectacular Tarn gorge and the very helpful host, Jean Claude, gave us maps of hiking trails and was very knowledgeable about the area. He even loaned us 2 mountain bikes for the day and we rode up the valley for about 20km. There are a few very god restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the swimming pool after a full days activities. A very nice hospitable and family feel to this ac.
all reviews » The Villa La Muse is an old maison de maitre which has been sensitively renovated and provided with a delightful garden. The decoration and furnishings are contemporary and have been chosen with great care and good taste. By far the nicest attribute of this chambre d'hôte are the owners, Jean-Claude and Nadine, who are always ready and willing to advise on what to do and where to go in this charming area. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this little gem of a place. My god, it's a stunning place. Very deluxe bedroom, linen, carpet, bathroom, everything! A designer house. The owner has very good taste in decoration, it's a place you will hope to live in yourself. Very pretty village and the owner recommended a very good restaurant at walking distance. Everything excellent from the accommodation to the entire village. The owners were very welcoming. We had a "mansard" bedroom on the second floor and it was most comfortable. There is a lovely swimming pool from which one is able to watch the vultures circling on the rocks overhead. We only stayed one night, but would have liked to stay longer. The breakfast, served by the lady of the house, was delicious. The property is beautifully and intelligently renovated by the owners. Beautiful home built by the engineer of the bridge across the street as a vacation home.The owners are helpful friendly, charming. The location near the Gorges du Tarn is wonderful!. There is very little that I didn't like, apart from the cranial contusions from walking into the roof beams in the attic room - due mainly to my own clumsiness! Take no notice of the Google Street-View picture - it was clearly taken before the renovation and site clearance. We wish we had time to swim in their heated swimming pool!. Nothing. Somewhat expensive. Property appears under "Frolac", which is over 50km away. While this is noted in the description, it is easy to miss. We ended up driving much further than expected (although the property was worth it). Difficult to find.
