The staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool, suana, hot tub and steam room facilites were nice (except one thing in the next comment).
Good location to other bars and restuarants and not a bad walk to the lifts - maybe 5-7 minutes.
The ski shop Chaudanne Sports, just across the street, were super friendly and helpful. Even helped my wife putt
