The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day.   The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

  This was my second year at the hotel while I was on a pilgrimage to Lourdes. It is peaceful, very clean, very safe, and most of all very friendly. I would not now consider staying at any other hotel in Lourdes. I am looking forward to going back again next August. We queued up at 6.30am b4 it opens at 9am n we were done by 10am. The eateries here do not open till 9am. If u r on a pilg - Self-catering therefore quite good if you're travelling as a family or on a budget. Less than 10 minutes walk to sanctuary, castle and the town. Less than 5 minutes taxi ride to the train station. Very good wifi connection even inside the room. This allows us to watch other English TV channels via streaming on our iPads. English speaking and helpful staff...special mention to Fidela (sorry if the spelling is wrong). He even helped us to board our luggage on the taxi. Nice, clean bathroom. To
