Free wireless access, good breakfast. hospitality of the staff. All excellents above, the price, location ideal for purpose of journey, glad the lift has been installed now-everything you needed, nothing OTT to keep cost down. Super hotel, excellent district(a lot of shops, bars, restaurant...),very pleasant and willing staff!! Mouthful from city centre.It can be relied upon to provide good clean friendly service at an affordable price. Good location for our trip. Levalloise is a very nice suburb.

There is a plethora of restaurants in the area, a laundry facility across the street and a grocery store down the block if you need any of these amenities. Room is decent for the price.Friendly staff, good correlation between price and comfort, cleanness of the room, peace and quiet. There is an elevator which is convinence for my heavy luggages. Great place to stay if your are in Paris for a short period.The place is near to the city centre. hoteldesk man was nice and helpfull. The metro is just a couple of blocks away and their are lots of restaurants, bread/pastery shops, and good shopping located in the area. Our room was comfortable and clean and had a nice view of the local business district that the hotel is located in. The hotel staff was a bit rude. However, there is one person on the staff that was helpful and friendly!. Rooms are clean, hotel staff friendly. Value for money. Not far to tube station, easy and quick travel to the heart of Paris. it is near to the metro station. this hotel was 57 euros per night. a bit of trouble with the door lock but nothing serious. The Wifi internet only worked if noone was using the facilities downstairs-poor connectivity most of the time meant we ended up paying to use the computer despite having a leptop with us. the bathroom was quite small. A little off the main city centre. About ten min., walk from nearest metro. A little bit noisy. There was a bad smell in the bathroom.It is not entirely about hotel, but I did not like taxi services. May be it is possible to establish contract with one of taxi firms in order to provide your clients with high-quality and honest taxi services. Unfortunalty it was a bit outside of Paris and the metro stop was a bit further than implied in the description. Also although I am a solo traveler I havnt slept in a single bed since I was a teenager.....so that came as a suprise when I saw my bed.A little bit noisy, because of thin walls. Small bathrooms, probably standard in the city and for the price. Also a bit far away from down town.We got stuck in the lift at one point but were quickly released, themorning we left .. another person also got stuck. We thought walking upthe four flights of steps was the safest option .. ;o). Shower was too small, wish they had the dinning room renovations done to have a breakfast. Toilet and shower in the same room as bed, no cabinet / closet / table present. 15 minutes walked from the nearest Metro station(Louise Michel) was too far for us. After make up the room, the bedcover still not been renew.The room had a stuffy smell. The toilate is not seperated inside the room, it acts as a part of the room. Just one very small elevator.1. there was no breakfast. 2. there was no parking facility. 3.the noise from the street, we used your noise stoppers. 4. the dust and noise of your working men. The reception staff are cool and unhelpful. They should be more friendly and forthcoming.Rooms are clean however bathroom stinks (smells of dump) and we found a few hairs in. Bed squeaks and sheet had hairs a blood mark. We arrived in the morning but room was ready at 3 pm. Check out time is too early, should be at least at 12 noon. Breakfast is too early (6.30 - 9.00?!am). But beside this everything went well. the toilets are in the same room with the bed. the room was unbelievably tiny, I was not able even to unpack anything there, really. The walls were not in a good conditions, nor was the shower. The water would not drain in the shower, so you had to stand their with water off and wait so it does not overflow. The carpets were not clean, and the bed sheets seemed old. Not a place to stay for a romantic or a nice vacation. We arrived at the hotel at 11,30 pm and we had a big surprise. Our room was not aviable. The hotel's staff give the room to other clients. I thing this is inaccetabble. The staff send us to another hotel (very low livel hotel: not clean ad very small room) near the Boissiere without call us a taxi at 12.00 pm. Bad... very bad. i don't thing this hotel give to this site a good reputation. Sorry for my not good english.
