Friendly staff on arrival, although not used to English guests, found a member of staff to help out with arrival procedures, as my French is very rusty. The apartment was clean and had mostly what we needed for the week. Sleeping on a sofa bed. I am fussy about my bed and although clearly quite a new one was not the most comfortable thing to sleep on for a week. And it squeaked dreadfully as my husband and I are restless sleepers, this did not help. The staff were understanding but unable to move us to a apartment with double bed as the hotel was full that week.

Beds are not made upon arrival. Please note that for stays of 4 nights or more: - Towels are not provided. Towel rental is available at the property. - An end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. For stays of less than 3 nights, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning fee are included in the price. A TV is available upon request, for an extra charge. It is not possible to check out after 10:00. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
