Sauna. The friendly staff and very cosy surroundings.Good access to the region by car or bus - a very informative and friendly owner. I thought the restaurant was a little expensive although the breakfast was good value for money. Bar close well before stated 11pm.

Situated in the very centre of the mountain resort of Les Houches, the Auberge Beau Site can be reached with ease from the a40 motroway linking Geneva and chamonix, or from the a41 lyon/annecy/chamonix motorway. Just an hour from the airports of Geneva and Annecy, 3 hours from Satolas (Lyon airport). Access by train to Annecy (TGV) or Geneva (TGV), from there connections to St Gervais (Le Fayet) and Les Houches.
