very helpful and friendly staff. excellent facilities. We had a lovely snug self catering suite which was perfect for me and my son on our recent mountain biking trip. Use of garage, workshop and bike wash facilities was a real bonus. Pool nad jacuzzi was sooooo nice after a hard day spanking the trails. Excellent breakfast, great choice and lots of food to set you up for the day. We've stayed in many locations in the alps over the years but I'd definatly like to think we'll be back . Thank.

Breakfast was an extra at 10 euros but loads of variety and nobody in our group ate again until the evening. lounge area with open fire was very welcoming and the bedrooms are well thought out and modern. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Everything. I cannot fault this hotel and I return here time and time again. Edith is the perfect hostess. Breakfast is out of this world. The rooms are spotless and the beds so comfortable. Spa and pool area are great also. We stayed for 3 days in the hotel (12/2013), very close to the ski slopes, nice big room, good welness, breakfast and diner were also very nice and finally the staff was very friendly! We'll return there for sure. The owners were really friendly helpful and generous. The room was just as described and looked new. Beds comfy and en suite clean and well fitted. Great breakfast more food and choice than you could want. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We hired the suite that was very nice. They have renovated it with a lot of taste, the right mixture between wood , mountain atmosphere and modern. The hotel is brilliantly situated within village. It is next door to ski hire shops and local facilities. Rooms were lovely and although a little expensive the breakfasts were very good. Friendly staff, clean and always tidy rooms, nice nature, all necessary shops near the hotel, functional wellness and swimming pool. For us...a perfect holiday at an affordable price. Location excellent Friendly staff. Having a kitchenette in the room with a smoke detector above the hob seems pointless as i found out after setting the smoke alarm off while making toast. But nice for use of the fridge and microwave. Nothing to dislike apart from the fact that during busy periods during winter it gets full too quickly! If you don't book quick you miss out. Nothing!. It was quite pricey from three nights but that was because we had to take a triple studio as there were no doubles left . Nothing worth talking about. The shower is not enclosed and water went everywhere, but if that's the worst thing to be said...lol!. Not much. 2 bed room could have had a *little* more space. But not the end of the world. Nothing. No problems at all. Suggestion for improvement - Wet room floor levels could probably do with a little adjustment so as to avoid whole floor becoming wet. Rooms in the attic were very small the bathroom was more like a cupboard really low slopping ceiling. Also like the rest of the area very expensive being close to geneva. Could be cleaner. Staff was ok. Nothing. Only a minor point - given that there is a microwave & ceramic hob it would be helpful if a small amount of washing up liquid and tea towels for cleaning up were provided. There is a dishwasher but no powder and for short stays it is expensive to have to buy all these items. Not enough hooks to hang wet things on in the room. nothing at this price. rooms are quite noisy with thin walls. but this is not too much of an issue as long as you have considerate neighbours. Rooms are small.
