Location is excellent Great village Staff were helpful. The location was great. First apartment was awful - dark, below ground level with a view of an earthen bank. We did get moved - but it was a very bad start to the holiday. This apartment should not be rented unless described correctly. Need to get better organised for when arrivals turn up - queues and long delays to check in.

For stays between 2 and 6 nights, arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (according to availability, they may be possible until 17:00). Price include: a TV, WiFi basic access (for 5 devices, emails checking and web searches), beds made on arrival, 1 set of bath towels per person, 2 bathrobes, 1 dishcloth, a cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up). Also included: free entry to the well-being facilities of the residence - The indoor heated swimming-pool - Saunas, hammams and whirlpool bath - The cardio-training room - The relaxation room. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg is available free of charge. The kit includes: 1 cot and fitted sheets, 1 high chair, 1 fold-up pushchair, 1 changing mat, 1 baby bath. Subject to availability and upon reservation. A guarantee deposit of EUR 500 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
