Basic but clean and comfortable. We stayed here with our two dogs for one night en route to Italy. There was a lake close by for walking the dogs and a nice little restaurant next door for food and drink before going to bed after a very long drive. Receptionist spoke Good English and printed off our directions for our destination with a smile and no charge. Basic breakfast for 8 euros which was fine. Perfect for a stop over but probably wouldn't want to stay more than a couple of nights.

friendliness of staff and helpfulness. Fantastic setting. Very easy to find. The restaurant next door waslovely. Facilities in the room were great - we had a hob and sink, aswell as a fridge. Parking was plentiful.location near to aix le baines. Good air-conditioning, clean rooms, corridors, public areas, good breakfast, very attentive and helpful reception staff. We were passing time before our flight home. We spent time in Chambery and Aix Le Bain.Very nice park to walk on right across the street. General attitude of the staff.good value for money. The room has a little fridge and hove, but I did not know in advance.The front desk staff spoke fluent English.Bed and bath are comfortable. Breakfast is basic and continental, but the bread is fresh so no complaints there. Good stay-over on your way to the Alps (or back).Staff are nice and helpful. Handy with the restaurant place next door.Restaurant and staff very good and helpful. Food was excellent. Close to the lake, fairly easy to find, easy and quick check in. Garden and outside area was untidy and needed straight forward gardening/weeding attention. No restaurant.the bathroom smelt smoking. We could not use the wireless internet and the staff simply said that they did not know how to address this. There is no standalone computer with internet access for guests.Thought it looked very good on Booking.com but nothing reallyspecial about it.Bathroom was tired and in need of maintenance. Desk manager tried to charge us for breakfast even if we didn't eat any.Rooms are tiny and you really need to open up the window for some freshair, which can be uncomfortable in winter.
