  Hotel is very clean. Rooms are a good size. Very clean (room and lobby). Staff was excellent! - When we first arrived we were told the location was not safe. Upon arriving we asked the girl if we could turn our 5 night stay to a 2 night because we wanted to go elsewhere. Because of her we stayed our entire stay AND extended an extra night. The location is - Was here in march 2013. Hotel is pretty good. Main thing is it's location. 1 minute from Saint-Martin channel, big shops, stors like Monoprix, and Subway. 20-25 minutes from the centre of the city. We mostly walked everywhere, even to Eifel's tower - 6.5 km. Prices are good, rooms are clean, new towels every day, what you get for price is perfect. Very good staff, friendly and helpful. Hotel works 24/7, which is good, cause we are young)

  I liked everything about the hotel. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The bathroom was comfortable and big enough. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel even provides the guests with umbrellas - in a rainy city like Paris it is definitely a big plus! A perfect place to relax after a long day at work.   A super place to stay if you like Bastille and Marais. And the appartment was perfect for my daughter and I. We have used this hotel 6 times!   The hotel is newly refurbished, with modern/design furniture. The room isn't wide but fair for the Paris downtown area (old historical buildings). Very clean and full of free of charge amenities like minimal, WiFi, films and internet on tv. The best was the wonderful service, really kind and full of attention by the receptionist: Mr. Hasan (I beg ... what people say » you pardon insurance if the name is not correct!). Was impressive to us the warm welcome received, not really usual in Hotel. Sincerely Thanks to Mr. - The staff were really excellent - incredibly friendly and approachable, and helpful in every way. Really lovely people who were doing their best to help and make sure you had the most comfortable stay. Cannot recommend them enough. The hotel itself is a little on the small side, but the location is excellent and close to Metro, sightseeing, shopping, etc. Minibar (non-alcoholic) was also included in the room cost. I hope I get to return there some day, I really enjoyed myself.
