  The room was clean and relatively large, the bed was comfortable and the hotel staff was very accomodating. We were very pleased with the hotel. It had a spacious private bath by the standards we saw in other hotels there, The location was excelent for us, as we were able to walk to the Isle de Cite as well as the Place de la Revolution and Bastil... what people say » e. - The staff were really helpful.   Excellent service,interier,prices and location - It's proximity to most of the areas I was visiting on my trip. Also the fact it was so close to RER and Metro stations, this was very helpful both coming from and going to the CDG Airport. The room was kept very clean and I had a wonderful view of St. Eustace from my balcony window.

  The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time!
