Everything was great. Staff was friendly, wireless internet was 3 Euro 50 for the entire stay, rooms were comfortable and clean. Close to the A and D Tram lines. - All staff pleasant and helpful..lots of smiles. The room was extremely clean, everything worked. I will be a repeat customer. Quiet and great breakfast!

Studio Austerlitz was a perfect choice for my weekend visit to Strasbourg. The studio itself is lovely and perfect for a solo traveler or couple -- very cozy and well maintained, even with charming art on the walls. The location was also ideal, literally minutes walking time to the Cathedral and other attractions. Finally, the proprietor, Benedicte, was absolutely lovely -- she insisted on picking me up at the train station, kept my bag on the last day after check-out and delivered it to me

Well, the best aspect about this place was the two ladies who oversee the apartment. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived, so they immediately agreed to refund our money and allow us to stay there for free for the night. It's a cozy little apartment just across the river, a great location. It was a real treat to stay there. -

There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.
