  Outstanding staff, friendliness, cleanliness and the location is amazing. Very good deals available on this website for the hotel. The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none. All in all, the hotel was everything we needed it to be. - The location of this hotel can't be beat! Easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and also to the Arch. Metro just a half block away too!   The Passy area was interesting with many pleasant places to eat and an interesting back street/market. Also easily accesible to Metro - We had many restaurants to pick from. We were a 10 minute walk to the Eifel Tower. Very cenrrally locared. Safe neighborhood.

We loved the quiet nature of the neighborhood and the convenience to the metro stops. A small hotel, the staff were great, the room was well appointed and quite comfortable. We only did the in-house breakfast once but it seemed fine.
