  The hotel is tiny but cosy. Stuff is very friendly. I felt myself like at home. I recommend this hotel everyone who is comfortable with small space. Room was quite small, but as I stayed alone it wasn't bother me. The location is perfect, it's 5 minutes on foot from Arc de Triomph and the nearest metro. - Kareem at the front desk was very helpful... what people say » and accomodating to us by setting up an early morning taxi pick-up. We stayed only one night before departing Paris early the next morning but the room was clean and neat and there were many available resaurants close by.

  We chose this hotel because of recommendations submitted by others to the letsbookhotel.com website. We were absolutely delighted with our stay of six nights. The people at the front desk were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were on the fifth floor with view of the top 1/3 of the Eiffel Tower and thought that was delightful. The staff were really great and very helpful. They even provided assistance for our restaurant reservations which I truly appreciate as I've seen them get out of their way just to help us. Special thanks to Joanna who took care of the reservations, Emma who referred me to joanna as well as to the nice Man on the night shift (I forgot to ask for his name but he would definitely know who he is). The hotel was warm, quiet and really comfortable. The members of staff (inc the cleaners) were all very nice and helpful and even on our last d - Hotel is small and neat. Bed is comfortable. Young man at the reception, Sam, is definitely the brightest star of the hotel. Great value for money.Breakfast we didn't take, but for 7.5euros in Paris there are no much things you can buy. Bear in mind that coffee is between 2.2-2.8 euros, croissant is 1.2, and ordinary breakfast at the street is between 10 and 15 euros. Has everything you need air conditioner, tv, clean towels, soap and shampoo. For 2 star hotel, this is very reasonable.

  I've selected the Hotel Moderne as my go-to hotel while traveling to Paris on business. The value for quality is excellent in a city where you often have to pay top price for mediocre accomodations and service. My room this time (302) was very quiet and facing the courtyard. Free - Hotel du Home Moderne is an excellent value, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We were particularly impressed with the staff. Guillume and Jennifer, who manned the front desk, were outstanding. They always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.
