  Cosy Monceau staff is very friendly (Especially reception). They were very helpful. They allowed us little early check-in. They were always helpful when we needed to warm the milk(twice a day) for our 1.5 year old daughter. Any other request, they would be of immediate help.   Location was fantastic, in the posh section of Latin Quarter with nice shops, wonderful cafes, very near the Seine. Even our budget priced room had a good size balcony for taking in the sights. I would definitely stay here again. - Friendly and helpful staff, the room was warm and clean, the French continental breakfast was excellent and the location was spot on for a lot of the Parisien sights and bars and restaurants.
