Bathroom small (not sarcophogus) but well equipped. - The hotel is on the small side, but the rooms are spacious, for Paris. The desk staff is unendingly helpful and speak English. Our room was attractive, quiet, well-kept and modern. I'd easily stay here again because the location is pretty much ideal. (We never got around to eating their "petit dejeuner", but it was available for an extra fee.)

  Centrally located next to the Gare St Lazare, and a short walk from the stores on Bvd Haussman as well as the boutiques on Rue St Honore, and many of the main tourist attractions, this hotel is well positioned for sightseers and shoppers alike. We chose to skip the hotel breakfasts in favour of a much cheaper cafe/croi - We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!

  Found to the hotel to be extremely comfortable. Did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was quite good. Right beside Galeries Lafayette and alot of other shops but a little further away from the main tourist attractions that I thought. However Taxis were surprisingly good value (we did not ... what people say » use the metro but there is a shop beside hotel) - Staff were extremely accomadating, helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room also because we had a baby with us and it was of a bigger size. We thought this was especially kind.
