The room was actually not that small by European hotel standards; there was room for the bed and several feet of floor space. Its right around the corner from the metro (Jacques Bonsergent).   I fortunately stayed for 4 nights in large, clean and well equipped double room with also large and clean bathroom with bathtub that was provided by helpfull and friendly hotel receptionists who speak English very well.
