  Awesome Hotel, after staying in so many bad hotels, this was a welcome relief, they even upgraded our room on arrival. We chose this hotel as it was close to Montpanasse RER which we needed the following morning. Other hotels are closer but this hotel was better value for money. We had tea and coffee facilitie - Loved the location. It's in an area where there are a lot going on but there aren't many tourists and we felt totally safe. Unlike certain neighborhoods in district 2, 9, and 11 where we don't feel safe. The neighborhood is very diverse and has a very "authentic" vibe because there aren't too many tourists that venture out there.   The hotel is very close to Rome Metro Station which makes getting around very easy. Although the bathroom was small, with a separate toilet it was quite adequate with a good shower and plenty of hot water. Young man at the reception, Sam, is definitely the brightest star of the hotel. Great value for money.Breakfast we didn't take, but for 7.5euros in Paris there are no much things you can buy. Bear in mind that coffee is between 2.2-2.8 euros, croissant is 1.2, and ordinary breakfast at the street is between 10 and 15 euros. Has everything you need air conditioner, tv, clean towels, soap and shampoo. For 2 star hotel, this is very reasonable.
