It was an excellent hotel in a great location. It was nicely done out but a little bit cute and kooky (with the china cats and the goldfish). It had more character than bigger chain hotels. The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby
