Chalet style hotels are a given in the Alps. The hotel's public areas are clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were Alpine style with very comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Very clean. Great view from our 4th floor room. office with it's own restaurant & include excellent buffet
breakfast. Also plenty more restaurants located within 20 mtrs &
handy small deli supermarket. It has 3 easy optional way's to access
the rond point of the mountain. Either circular bus outside the door,
the gondola about 5 minute walk or ski & lift access across the

Very friendly staff and great service. Reception and restaurant accommodated most of our needs and requests. Staff even had dinner waiting in our room for our first night of late arrival 23:00, and brought us breakfast to the room on special request one morning even though it's not policy.
