Thye room was a bit on the small side for 4 people. Everything closed at 10-30pm. Not even access to a lounge area in which to relax. Room was a bit cramped but it was clean. No towels on 1st night, no plug in sink.Sky tv was all in french.no eglish channels.hotel landing smelt of mould. i have to wait for 3 hrs to check in.there was no body in the hotel and main entrance was closed.i have to wait for 3 hrs in severe cold.We stayed at the Comfort Hotel because we have used this chain of hotels previously.This was by far the worst and will would not recommend it to any one. The show door wouldn't close - thus flooding the floor. The hotel wasn't clean. It was not up to the normal standard of the Comfort Hotel. extremely dirty and impossible to stay in. the breakfast was a joke!!!! coffee and croisants without anything - horrible. this hotel should be closed down!!!. Old and dirty rooms and bathroom and linen. Hairdryer does not work, badsmell, is not like other Comfort hotels. Needs serious renovation. No hot water, dirty rooms, coach tours of loud children causing no sleepfor 3 nights, dog poo on the carpets on arrival showers usless. * unpolite staff * not safe * not clean.
