Having 3 children its difficult sometimes to find family accommodation to suit - hotel were so accommodating and had put us in an appartment for 5 of us and not 4 with an extra bed on the floor - great attention to detail and great and friendly staff, really enjoyed our stay. One thing to note - there is a mini fun fair next door to the hotel that closes at midnight - didnt bother us but to note.

The people at the desk were very nice and helpful with recommendations about local restaurants and things to do when the weather wasn't nice enough for the beach.Nice location near excellent beach (but more like 100m than 50). No internet connection, but I could access the wireless network from the adjacent camp site. Entrance beside a laundrette - difficult to locate front door to hotel, and when we did the steam, etc, from laundrette was not particularly pleasant as we walked down the alleyway to access the hotel. Carpark at back of hotel was poorly signposted and was along a very dark alleyway at night - some type of street lighting should be provided to make this a safer area to walk through.No servicing of the rooms. Maisonette roof made movement difficult. Could do with two pillows per person, not the very "flat" one each.... late night entrance through a dark lane at the back of the hotel.having to enter by the rear of the hotel after 8pm. and having to pay for a car park if required which was empty. The location was good, but everything at the hotel came at an additional fee: 8 Euros per person for a very basic breakfast, 5 Euros per person per day to rent a beach towel. Our bed was made only when we requested it. True to a review on your web site, there was an amusement park next door, but fortunately, we did not hear the noise from our room.It is next to a fun fair which is not mentioned in your details. This is not really a hotel but self catering holiday apartments. There is no service or cleaning; not even clean towels during a week's stay. Entry after 8pm is awkward as the front door is then closed. Furnishing is very sparse and the "private car park" comes extra, as does the very basic breakfast. All rooms face the swimming pool which is a potential noise problem when busy.
