The breakfast was particulary good. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Restaurant on site.Air conditioning was well welcomed!. When we arrived the room was lovely and warm, it was well tured out and had all the things we need for an over night stay. We arrived late but the booking in and out machine was easy to use and we found our room straight away.

Extra bed crossed above the double bed is good idea! Very good price/quality option. Its situation was ideal for eating and shopping. Easy to find. Close to public transport. A non-slip mat/floor section in the room, on the floor outside the cubilcle would be a vaste improvement.No complimentary coffee /tea facilities in room. We had a car, but not the best place to be if you haven't.Bathrooms were a little small, but they were sufficient. No hairdryers. Take your own. Request for a ground floor room was not requested. Buttons on late night check-in were not easy to use.lack of space in bathroom. The room was small, as expected with only one window which made it very dark the lighting could of been better. Very small room. size of rooms and lack of cleanliness in rooms.non smoking room had been smoked in and there had been no effort to clean room. it still smelled.Checked in at 20:45, went to room - there was a minor problem, went back to reception to find it was closed. Although room was non-smoking it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Not up to the standard we expected. We expected a 3 star hotel but unfortunately it was not.The place is a complete disaster. Our room was on the third level and we had to carry luggage up three flights on an outdoor staircase and then found that we were about 3 metres from the largest farm machinery company you can imagine. Truly a nightmare hotel with the worst breakfast in France.
