The hotel redirected us to another hotel, the New Hotel, less than half a mile away at exactly the same price.The New Hotel was excellent and we thoroughly recommend it.   I was so incredibly impressed with my stay. I got a good rate on letsbookhotel.com and then was thrilled with the experience. I was just in Arles for one night with my wife. The hotel is fancy and beautiful and clean and nice to walk around. The staff all speak English fluently and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It was just... what people say » pure comfort and a nice luxurious feel for a price that was not out of line. This booking made me look good to my wife, and made of us very happy! - perfectly located, a retreat of calm tranquility, quiet refreshing pool, pleasant lounge areas to relax in the evenings and a lovely courtyard. Yes it is as others have commented a bit 'tired' in the decor but for me this added to the charm of the place. Can't comment on the food however as we never ate there.
