Very good value for money, location perfect just outside the town centre, walking distance 5-10 mins. Swimming pool and garden lovely and well kept, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon after visiting various sights in the region, for example Pont du Gard, Chateau Les Baux and Avignon are within comfortable driving distance. The laundry service was fast (less than a day) and cheap. Great location for visiting Avingon, Le Pont Gard, Ampitheatre at L'Orange, etc. Hotel very nice and relaxing, good pool and Oversized Chess board was fun for our kids. Very convenient location and, although you would not expect it on the first sight, the place has it's spirit. We really enjoyed it. A beautiful hotel, very friendly and hospitable owners. WiFi weak, no good reading light in room, policy of no food or drink in room unless they provided it. They said for health reason??? (actually almost a fatal flaw). To be fair these comments should be passed on. We were unaware that we could not bring in food of drink to our room..on reading the notice on the back of our bedroom door...on day 2 we felt a little embarrassed by the fact we had brought our fruit for breakfast in and also asked for 2 champagne glasses....opps. I can not pay by visa card. Only cash. For a French provencale hotel, the breakfast is very poor and staff are not friendly. Over all, the staff we met are not friendly even in the Parking complaining other guests openly. It seems very unfriendly and unwelcoming environment and a bit forced to work during the Summer.... Hotel is slightly over priced even for the Summer seasons. Tired shabby room, no aircon Dinner dominated by two large groups of noisy visitors, poor service, indifferent food. The staff at breakfast time were really dozy One morning not enough tables had been laid. It was difficult finding staff to provide plates etc which had run out on the buffet table. Not good!.
