Proximity to lake, general ambience. Lovely big room overlooking the lake. Staff very helpful, althoughreceptionist didn't speak English she soon found someone who did.to be along the lake. Location.

Breakfast.The advertised internet was working extremely poor and had hard times too use it.A broken bedside table should have been replaced. The bathroom shower facilities were inadequate. They lied on the web site they have internet in the room but they didn't have it anywhere. The staff is so unpleasant and unfriendly, they don't speak English, they cried us... I'll never come back at this hotel and I don't reccomend this hotel to anybody.We asked for a TWIN room but arrived to find a double bed. After nunerous requests it was changed at 10:30 pm five hours after we arrived.
