  Location is not in the city center, however 10-15 min by metro to Arc and Eiffel Tour ..etc which is very good Metro station very near (3-5 min walking), same line for Arc, Louvre, and Tulieries Helpful stuff whenever i asked about anything - The room was good for low budget.   The room was on 5th floor under the roof, but with acceptable height if you are under 1.90m. You take the lift to the 4th and climb a few more steps to arrive to that nice cosy room. It looks oldish but has all today equipments (mini-bar, wifi, hair dryer, flat-screen tv ...). It is clean, no broken tool. Breakfast was good.   Extreamly clean best service I have ever seen owner very helpful ,cannot be any better - Complaisant stuff, clean room, bath, flat TV, safe-deposit box, free wifi, good buffet breakfast, private parking, good connection to Paris via RER + metro 1 station La Defence, excellent value for money.
