- Excellent location if you come by car: very close to the ring (5'), very close to the metro (1'), free parking on the street during the weekend or paid parking through the apartment (8€/day) - excellent value for money: clean, helpful staff, next to several supermarkets, close to a tourist office, etc. Large rooms. Presence of a small kitchen perfectly equipped for up to 4 guests (in a double room). Tidy and well mantained. Good staff. Within 50 meters from the hotel a big supermarket and the Metro station. Ideal solution for reasonable budget to visit Paris or long businnes trips.

Location. - We went in July when it was about 30°, the studio didn't have airco which we knew upfront, so we slept with the windows open, but it remained hot and it was quite noisy as it's next to a bigger road (but the windows have shutters, so you can close them during the day to keep the heath out) - the furniture is a little outdated. Some guests cook heavily and the smell can flow along corridors despite the good forced ventilation. The smell of some cleaning liquids is disgusting. Very noisy in the room when windows are open. Cleaning only once during 7 days, if you stay more than 7 days. There was a lack of some crockery, for example a little pot and cups for tea. Bed! It was awful and squicky fold out sofa that gives you back aches after 1st night. Room size is a 2-star standard. Internet is wired only so tablet/smartphone owners need to check upcoming attractions in foyer downstairs. On arrival You need to sign a contract that is in French only. Wi-fi did not work at all. Only french TV channels and no international. Noisy because of nearby road crossing. That I have to clear the rubbish myself. studios cleaned once per week or you clean it your self,wrong info from recpetion cost double taxi fare to air port. we check in in room have many remarks & when complain we move to better room. To access out of opening hours the hotel you have to enter a security code. The problem is that if you arrive at the hotel during lunch or at night, you won't be able to get in until somebody else who is staying there arrives. We didn't wait much, but it could have been very inconvenient. There is no room cleaning. No room wi-fi, only room USB Internet connection No air conditioning. very dirty carpet. must be changed. no wifi. only wired internet. The bed, which is no bed, it's a couch, sleeps terrible. There is no air con so it can get a bit warm/stuffy during the summer. The roll out sofa bed is not very comfortable. we booked 2 unit apartment for 4 adult each. The booking was confirmed and payment was paid. However, during arrival, we were given different types of room which were twin studio!!!!!!!. We were later being informed that there were no more 2 unit apartment available for us as per our booking!!!!!!.. Also, during arrival, we were not given any password for us to collect the keys. we have to wait for almost one hour for the receptionist which later on assist us to check in. The bed, which is no bed, it's a couch, sleeps terrible. Please place a normal bed. Poor cleanliness - did not want to touch the carpet without shoes on! Smelt of stale smoke despite specifying non smoking. No kettle provided!. First room we had was small for 4 adults and one shutter didn't work. No aircon. and as first night was very hot we had to sleep with the windows open - onto main street - very noisy as a result. All round - a bit in need of a facelift. Shower poor. Didn't care for trundle bed- too close to the floor. I've got 2 double rooms instead of 1 room for 4 adults. Water supply was inconsistent. Wi-Fi was turned off half of our stay. Cheap feel Dated decoration Bathroom flooding from shower Dirty carpets. Breakfast is expensive and hotel is not good when travelling in summer season as there is no air conditioning. linen changed only once a week even towels for shower it was insane.when i asked front desk for linen and towels changed i been asked to pay for it. I would not recommend such hotel. Tenants required to house keep kitchenette, adult charge for request for house keeping, additional charge for linen and towel change, and tenants to bring garbage out near d cafeteria..instead having a restful vacation..d tenant has to do some household job to keep d room clean,,,,.
