We regularly stay at Chelles as we have friends nearby. A very basic room, at an affordable price, with 24 hour check in. rate. big bed and clean quite. Please write at least 15 words. Room was cleaned every day. Easy to use. The Price. The caretaker was very helpful. She let us into our room at night when our key card refused to work.

I asked for one of the rooms to be on the ground floor as there were 2 disabled clients and the first night we had to be on the first floor which was inconvenient as my husband has to use 2 crutches because of a broken leg. This was changed the following day.directions was not clear, lack of english speaking staff of hotel. small bathroom diffecult to shower. Room very small, no drinks facilities and no nearby facilities. Cheap hotel , so I suppose you get what you pay for. can hear the neighbours conversations, no drink facilities, no shampoo, old towels, very dark room with lino flooring! - but cheap so what you pay for.Not as close to Euro Disney as detailed, nearer 30min drive away.in the middle of nowhere, no any shops or any kind of opportunities around the area. Site let us book a smoking room, however when checked in found out the whole hotel was non-smoking. Had to smoke out on the balcony. Should have said this in the description and then we would have booked a different hotel. Also hotel room smelled bad when we arrived, had to use a bottle of perfume to make it bearable to even be in the room.It was quite noisy outside and there was not much room to move in the room - just walking space around the bed really. It was a bit tricky to find. Too small tripple room for 3 persons, became too hot soon. Table lamp did not work. Impossible to sit on the bed or at the table - hit my head several times. Thin walls - noisy group of young people did not respect silence, nobody to help.Almost everything. The description on letsbookhotel.com never prepared us for what was in store. This was a no frills hotel and room was like a private cabin on a train, small and cramped. The "bathroom" was a joke, no larger than a broom closet. The breakfast was poor with no choice at all. The hotel is in a remote location and is certainly not suitable for people who want to use public transport. very small rooms, shower was broken, beds very uncomftable. Smoking allowed everywhere, even non smoking room stinks. Bathroom all plastic and slipery after shower, dangerous.
