  Owner ( family owned since 1600s) was great host, took pre-dinner drinks witrh us and gave a potted histiry of Manoir. Went foe walk round grounds and their old dog came too. Needs all thge support they can get to keep the place riunning. It is a fascinating place tucked away in the countryside. The owners are friendly and helpful, recommending good places to eat and shop (even recipes for bread).

  On arrival at the chateau we were warmly greeted by Zoe. Zoe continued to make us feel at home throughout our two nights stay. Hoel looked after us throughout the evenings for pre dinner drinks and during dinner with pleasant professionalism. Dinner on both evenings was superb and we had the opportunity to thank the chef.
