The friendly staff who allowed us to leave 1 suitcase and a golf bag with them for a few days whilst we travelled "light" to the south of France and then returned to stay one last night in the hotel. Also Justine booked a taxi for us to go to airport and was able to give us quotes etc for the trip. She responded very quickly to emails about this and was a real asset to the hotel staff.. very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, difficult to park - but we were there during main event. Very close to few good restaurants.

The receptionist on our arrival 30/4/13 and departure 2/5/13 was extremely helpful, gave us directions and printed maps. Chantilly was handy for a visit to Paris, we decided to go by train, which was only a 5 min walk from the hotel. The Hotel is has very pleasant staff who are keen to help. very clean and a good selection at breakfast. Kind staff, confortable room with all the services, very nice buffet breakfast... A very good value. Hotel was very nice. We got an upgraded room - very comfortable. Definitely would stay there again. The room we had was the studio in the main picture - they had given us an upgrade. Situation in front of a parc, hipodrome, chateau, very big room, new bathroom. Not a lot to see in Chantilly if you are not into horses and as we were on a journey didn't have time to see the chateaux. The restaurant looked superb - but only 4 people in it as only Indian food. Make it an international restaurant!. Furniture a bit old fashioned. Lacks "design " and atmosphere. Bed wasn't that comfortable. WiFi didn't work in the room. Reservation confirmed a room with terrace, but initially we were given a room with not even a balcony. After reclamation, reception gave us another room with terrace. Much noise because of constructionworkers in the other rooms. Really annoying! Not only during the day, but also during the evening!. Other parts old. Bar expensive. Rooms very poorly ventilated. Very poor lighting in the car park. breakfast No chilled wine in the bar poor service in the bar Had to ask DAILY for loo rolls milk coffee and tea for the room.
