It was a great location at a great price, staff were friendly and food was good, prior to staying other peoples reviews had raised concerns however these concerns were unfounded. For a cheap, well located hotel that is good value for money choose Chanteloup. The staff were helpful and friendly. Close to Disney. Excellent value for money.shuttle bus to Disneyland, restaurant.

This hotel lends itself to people intending to go to Disneyland Paris, however the travel facilities available make this difficult. The building of the new shopping park appears to have removed the possibility of a short walk to the Val de Europe RER station and the hotel bus currently considerably reduces the hours available at the park.the bedroom for 4 people was very small,the carpets were stained really bad,there was a horrible sewage smell coming from the toilet. The food was average in the restaurant and some of the staff looked a bit inexperienced but we got served in good time.Broken window - would not shut. Stated sattalitte TV. Only 4 channels and very poor TV reception room129. the rooms were stained not so much dirty but they looked dirty, and there says there is a swimming pool but it was closed and looked like it hadn't been open in ages. air con not working properly ( warm room ) but window did not close ( so was not a problem , but good for price paid , have stayed there 2 times. Limited T.v chanels only 4 French on offer. Further we were fine. Far from Disneyland what was not mentioned on website. You should take bus or taxi to get to Disneyland.Breakfast was quiet and OK, but with quite poor food variety. Having to pay for room on arrival. Only one staff member atbreakfast,trying to clean tables, seat guests and kepp coffee etcfilled. Breakfast very basic.Not being allowed to take drinks/food into hotel room. small amount of staff making breakfast rushed. ran out of food before end of breakfast. Swimming pool. Perhaps the carpet ,would benifit form a clean. to pay fore baby bet. Not good cleaness in room, corridors and staircase, dirty carpets, one sheet in bad was dirty, internet is not free - 5 EUR per hour!. The hotel stated it was sound proof rooms, it was not, the noise was terrible. no coffee/tea making facilities in room, breakfast was not full continental no meats cheeses just boiled eggs. Quadruple room a bit cramped. the service at breakfast. The bar was unatended most of the time. The breakfast had very little to offer. Our dinner was burned, but we did not get any excuse, because none of the waiters could speak English. And we had to pay for the dinner, even though we complained. It's a bit worn down. You get what You pay for.We had mould in our room and it was ugly. We had to wipe down one wall of our room with wipes to remove some sticky substance. there was loads of rubbish under one of the beds.carpets and pretty much everything looks tired out now.We visited 5 years ago yet there seemed to be no improvements or changes.
