  The location in Dizy is just off the local roads, while it is a very small area, its a great launch point to any champagne village. The food for lunch and dinner was fantastic with beautiful presentations. Breakfast was wonderful as well. The rooms were nice size and the decor of the hotel was very, very nice. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The culinary experience for dinner was fantastic. We are light eaters and struggled to finish all the courses! The hotel is a short drive from Eparney. - We stopped in Dizy for our honeymoon and this visit was by far one of our highlights of our trip through France. The staff were so warm, helpful and professional! We would rate the restaurant and the food and wines as 11/10!!! The evening was above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend this place. :)
