It was very quite and comfotable.Friendliness of staff. We arrived after 22.00 and when we requested hot water to make ourselves a cup of copy we were offered tea and coffee free of charge. During our stay the personnel have been most helpgful and tried their best to assist us in English.Big room. Quiet location.WiFi worked fine exept sending of email via Outlook wich did not work. Alternative: office de tourisme in Chamonix offers free WiFi with good access from outside. It was difficult to find the hotel.The distance from Chamonix. The hotel is in a beautiful area with a splendid view of Mt Blanc but we wasted many hours waiting for buses and trains that run irregularly between the hotel and Chamonix station. Taxifare from the station was very expensive and taxis are also not frequent. When we arrived at the station after 21.00 hours we had to wait more than an hour for a taxi outside.There was no cleaning in the apartment during our stay and we almost had to beg for them to give us more toilet paper...
