This hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in ever. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing... right in the middle of the city center and very close to everything. There were all kinds of shops and supermarkets footsteps away. The view of the hotel is unreal.... you can see the entire Mont Blanc mountain from the window. The rooms are small yet very efficient, as I never felt stuck anywhere, plus they are very nicely and modernly decorated. The breakfast was really good with lots .

Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont Blanc and balcony. We were in awe at the cosiness of the hotel lobby and dining area.. took a few pictures to share on facebook and had pretty good comments.. there were complimentary pastries and coffee in the afternoon for tired guests who just checked in or had just completed the day trip to aiguille du midi :) the hotel room was fantastic with a window above our bed.. bathroom was clean and spacious.. definitely the best hotel we stayed in our eurotrip.. t. The staff at the desk made us extremely welcome. We received a personal email from them before our arrival. On arrival we given coffee and croissants. All our questions were answered. There was complimentary coffee and cake available to guests in the afternoon. It was called the Hotel of charm and it certainly lived up to it's name. Some of the decorations in the hotel were delightful. Charming hotel with excellent and quiet location, close to the main street and within walking distance w skiboots to the ski-bus and the Brevent skilift. Clean and nice spa. Public areas were attractive. Downtown Chamonix was a block away. We were fortunate to capture one of the hotel's four parking spaces. Staff at this hotel go above and beyond to be friendly, informative and accomodating. The hotel is near downtown Chamonix in a quiet neighborhood. The room was a small but comfortable with a nice view of Mont Blanc. Breakfast was good and afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very helpful. Beds and lounge area were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Bang in the middle of Chamonix but tucked away and not too noisy. Great restaurants just around the corner. The staff were amazing. One even gave us her own weather report each morning! The view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du midi from the window was breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent and good value. The room was on the small side - but this is France. Not really a complaint but the bed is a regular double so pretty cosy if your other half is 6'3"!. Nothing. It could use a small lift for luggage. But staff helped carry our up narrow stairs. Nothing!. we were at the back next to a supermarket and woken at 5.30am for deliveries and bin emptying. No mirrors except in the bathroom, so not so easy to get ready!! Didn't like walk to ski bus stop. Very narrow staircase and no lift. Rooms are small, but this did not really bother me. I did not bring my skis. the stairs between floors - too narrow - no elevator. The wifi was very bad when using it from the room. No coffee in room. Massage/Spa. The first night, the room was stayed in was very small by U.S. standards, particularly the bathroom. It was ok for us because we aren't large people, but a large person would be uncomfortable in the smaller rooms. Worth upgrading to larger room. Also, no lift, so be prepared to climb the stairs. Some staff members were rude the sauna-jacuzzi has rules that are not global; this must be communicated to guests prior to their arrival so that they can optimise us some rooms are on the 2nd floor and the climb is steep. This should be mentioned or preference should be sought so as to eliminate inconvenience to guests. Rooms are very very small with a sun-window. Bathroom are even smaller. The pictures don't give an idea of this. Very small rooms Noisy stairs being heard inside the room Generally pricy considering the value. The room is small, does not have a window from which one can see outside, and way too expensive.
