The innkeepers were incredibily friendly, helpful and proffesional. Clean to the extreme. Like a Dominican nun. Breakfast was the best. The hotel was easy to find and just perfect for our stop over. The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. The room was lovely - much better than we had hoped for. I would definitely come back again!. Friendly and helpful staff. Provided us with pamphlet on walking tour inchalons, in english, map of town and information about restaurants.Excellent buffet breakfast. Would use this chain again. Prospective guests need to be told that it is a good walk fromthe centre of Chalons.The location was further out of town than I imagined. Also it didn't have a bar for a drink in the evening. Lack of Air conditioning, but it was unusually warm, apparently.
