The staff were obviously over stretched and under staffed. Dinner wasappalling, we did not get two of the orders we had placed, and it tookthree attempts before we were told that what we had ordered was notavailable. We accept that it had been a busy week end however thestaff's response was down right rude and in the end we refused to payfor one of the meals. Room are too small for 4 persons. Our 2 children had to sleep on matrasses laying on the floor. Kitchen staff stood smoking that's why we went somewhere else to eat.all reviews »
