Small and very cute hotel, felt like home. The owners were really nice and helpful with anything we needed. You can see it's a family owned hotel and they care about their clients. Breakfast was not included, but very good and not expensive at all compared to other hotels. Location is great, 3 min away from Rue d'Antibes and another 3 to the Croissette. Also, they had free parking in front of the hotel, which is great considering the parking spaces in Cannes, but of course you need to book it i.

The owners Eugiene and Jean were extremely kind and lovely people who went out of their way to help us with everything. The french breakfast is also a very nice assortment. The room which we had was small but nicely furnished and very clean. The garden is also well kept and the efforts of the staff very visible. Their beautiful dogs Scarlet and Dune are so very friendly and make the place feel like a home away fr. We absolutely loved the staff, they were so incredibly welcoming. The hotel facilities are superb, and the people there very nice and helpful. They have beautiful dogs you can play with if you want, they are close to the beach, close to the railway station, and the interior garden is so relaxing. Not to mention that inside the rooms the atmosphere is cozy, and you get to feel yourself at home. Great place, totally recommend it!. The owners (and their 2 well behaved, delightful dogs) were so friendly and helpful. Our room was small but well appointed. There was a lovely garden for the use of guests. The situation of the hotel was excellent - being 5 minutes from the Railway station and bus stops to Grasse and Antibes. The beaches were just 10 minutes very pleasant walk away. I was welcomed and made welcome by the owners. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and I found my stay thoroughly relaxing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hotel to anybody. In fact I did recommend it to a friend and she is thinking of staying there when she returns in October. Very helpful owner, suggested restaurants, helped us to get around Cannes, where to visit along the french riviera, helped us with our bags; hotel is very clean, has been recently renovated, and is very cute for a short trip to Cannes. The room was nice except that we were on the top floor an therefore subject to some low hanging beams. Friendly staff, clean room, good location. Proximity to beach and shopping was good. Nothing!. Nothing at all!. Nothing. Our room was quite small, but it is an old building, so to be expected. Breakfast didnt include cooked food like eggs - but the continental breakfast itself was lovely. No real negatives, its a great little hotel. Only negative would possibly be the road/train noise. However we were in a front room and when double glazed windows closed not an issue for us. No elevator so if you have big and heavy luggage then be prepared. There was no soundproofing in the room. Everything people said in the corridor sounded as if they were in our room, also heard people in neighbouring rooms quite clearly. Walls were thin meaning noisy neighbours were very easily heard. Train line is close and trains were a little noisy. Nothing comes to my mind. There is indeed a problem with the noise ( on one hand you have the train station in front of the hotel, on the other hand you have the poor noise isolation of the rooms). It's not a typical 8.9 score 3 stars hotel (rather an 8.0 ). The 8.9 review score it had when i booked is justified for a family run/boutique hotel though. Had a little difficulty finding the hotel. No dislikes! Everything was perfect. Nothing. It was great. The hotel is close to the main street and railway, so the front rooms are little noisy. If there is a kettle in the room that will be perfect. A bar to enjoy a nice French wine by the end of the day. No hair conditioner was provided, and only small tear packs of shampoo. Hair dryer was also very weak. Our room was facing the railway+a busy road which is quite noisy. Noise of trains. Didn't bother us but may bother others. You depend on the owner for access to the free parking, and he is available only until 9 PM every day - after that, you have to search for parking on the streets. Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. Great location, very close to town, very clean. Highly recommend this hotel. Perfect!. Location was a bit off the beaten path but really just a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping, eateries and the beach. Small room. Beds very uncomfortable Noisy construction next door.
