The staff there are more than friendly The hotel and the rooms smell terrific, they have this essence in the room, relaxing, refreshing, awesome The hotel is 2 min walking from the beach walk, u can find restaurants very near to you up to 15 min walk...marvelous experience.... The breakfast was very good though... One of our favorites hotels in the world in terms of design. We appreciate the quality of things and this hotel really deserves 5 stars. The high quality and good taste is in every detail. Congrats to the designer.

Cool design too. Well-located close to Croasette and shopping area, good design, big light rooms, good room equipment, breakfast and service. Nice hotel for romantic stay. Simply everything. The staff were exceptional, the location could not be better, the cleanliness, the comfort,...all were great. A definite come back to!. Best internet speed ive ever seen in a hotel.Honestly ive stayed in many places in cannes but this hotel was overall by far the best one!!!. 1- Nice location (shops, sea, restaraunts etc.) 2- Very quitly 3- Fast room-service 4- Fast concierge 5- Free mini-bar 6- Free wi-fi. I liked having a mini bar and coffee maker in the room. The staff was very helpful and considerate. The room was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and excellent location for shopping, bars and restaurants. Meal at the restaurant was wonderful. Perfect stay. The staff was very attentive. My rooms was capacious and stylish. I will come back for sure. Customer service was oustanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Cannes. I will summerize it in few words: Everything was perfect. The breakfast is very good! The location is great!. The executive double room nr 402 excelent!. There was absolutely Nothing to dislike.. Great facilities and good location. Friendly helpful staff very polite. Very clean friendly atmoseher. The room was both large and clean and the breakfast service was nice. Both times in a row the room still wasn't ready at 4 pm. We were upgraded to a bigger room though so they tried to compensate the delay. The manager seem to be afraid to come out of the office and give an explanation - not professional. The breakfast was not good enough for a 5 star. Very small choice. No fresh fruit! Not even fresh orange juice.. I can't have breakfast without fruit.The breakfast is included in the room price but honestly I prefer to pay for it and have a proper breakfast. Cesar salad served as room-service at our arrival did not fit its price (20 Euros). Everything was good. 1- Staff speak English very bad 2- Bathrooms are semi-opened 3- For Russians: there is only one Russian channel. High parking rate - 35 euro per day. Didn't like the pillow, too big for me. Breakfast not variation. The only disappointment was that the rooftop terrace and bar closed already at 7pm. TV was a problem. Concierge appersntly forgotten to book our club baoli request, causing us to ruin our plans for that evening ( only evening we set aside to really party etc;(((. The staff at the reception could improve their English. In only a 2 day stay this weekend quite a lot went wrong: 1) A 1am fire alarm that lasted fro 10 minutes 2) Broken elevators that caused my fiance and I to climb 4 flights of stairs with baggage and 3) the pool was not heated as advertized. All of this would be understandable, but the hotel staff made no effort to adjust the bill or even appologize. A shame...I was quite looking forward to this weekend getaway. The interior design of the suit I booked. Bath room set up was very much uncomfortable.
