Bedrooms, view, overall cleanliness. Staff very friendly and helpful. Located too far from town despite free shuttle, no lounge bar, breakfast too expensive/coffee awful, chambermaids noisy at 7am banging doors etc. Not good value, at this price you expect better facilities. Horrendouse decor.
