For arrivals after 19:30, please let the property know in advance and there is a EUR 25 charge. The apartment is located on the third floor and there is no lift. Prepayment is by PayPal. There is no street access by car. The closest car park is Bourse and the tramway is 50 metres away. Bed linen and towels can be rented on site for EUR 20 or guests can bring their own. Please inform Studio rue Dieu in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
