It was clean, comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It is in the heart of this beautiful city and the beach is so close by. I would really recommend this hotel to a friend. Very friendly staff, excellent location. I'd recommend it to those, who are not necessarily looking for a luxury but for a cosy, amiable and charming place to stay. All interesting spots of Biarritz are within walking distance. The price for a taxi from the hotel to the airport is ~13-16 EUR.In front of the hotel is a bus station-Navette Des Plages (airport, beaches), line nr. 9 (airport). Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to the City Center and next to the market. Nice small balcony for the morning, and coffee and tea making facilities. V. friendly staff. 4 double beds for 4 persons.Close to beach and city. I liked the balcony in our room and the fact that we got our roomcleaned everyday. The location. location. Staff, location, price. staff were friendly. the position in the city center. Very poor Hotel without any comfort. Poor Hotel for one trips !. wallpaper colour!. A bit noisy - there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I didn't feel very much disturbed, just wanted to mention it :-). Rooms are a bet small. No reception area which with a small door as the entrance made it extremely difficult to find. Small signage only made it difficult to see when driving in.No privacy curtains for windows. It's a very very very simple room. It was nice and quite. We had no air conditioning in our room and our room was right over a barso we couldn't open our balcony doors at nit, it was stuffy and hot,also it didn't resemble a hotel. It is not clear that the hotel desk closes at 6pm or that you have tocall to inform when you arrive late in the evening. On my first eveningI found the hotel closed and had to stay in another hotel. Regretable.breakfast left in room not of high quality, no fresh bread sloping ceilings, banged head coming out of bath. Room didn't match photo on website, no door on bathroom, bed too soft, no air-conditioning. Bathroom was very small. Very poor ventilation. Bad smell in bathroom and therefore in room as a result. Not good value for money. Would not return to this hotel again. breakfast was too poor and without choice. Extremely noisy every night with music from the downstairs club. Rooms extremely small and uncomfortable. Not recommended.
