Everything was great, the room and bathroom were refurbished, very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very nice. 5min walk to the beach so very handy. Would go back anytime, can fully recommend this hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff - almost all spoke English; no parking spaces on the street so booking the hotel car park is essential; hotel is within easy and level walking distance of both the shopping centre, and the sea front.
all reviews » we arrived early at7 am and were given the room straight away wihtout any supplement!! excellent service!!! the location is very good as well. It has really impressed me the attandance of the hotel, allowing me for early check in and late check out.the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, the rooms were beautiful. location was perfect also. all reception staff very friendly and helpful ,referb of hotel makes it a good standard.Friendly staff, great value for money, clean rooms, close to beach and city centre. it was only seconds to the beach, very convienent and comfortable. good value and location. Improve the bar service and upgrade your stock. Not far from beach, but further away from nightlife and restaurants. I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room. This was the first hotel that i stayed in that had no kettle or coffee maker. It ws a long way from the rail station this could have been stated.Our room was a corner room so double bed tight against wall offered to change for second, but only there two nights so not worth it. Staff apologetic and said woudl make sure that on our next visit would be given a larger room. Breakfast choice was not great and could be improved.As it was early on in the season, the bar wasn't stocked, so we couldn't get a drink when we got back at night. Had wireless available but quite expensive. the bar was not stocked so you could not have a night cap. Bed on the too soft side of medium but personal preference. room a bit small. We had no complaints and considered it very good value for money in comparrison to other hotels we have stayed in.Breakfast was not so good (very weak coffee) and quite expensive at 10Euros. had to close windows at night because of (occasional ) loud scooter traffic noise.No restaurent, and had to request towels twice. breakfast. bathroom sink did not seal - and never has - design fault with the sink stopper, known to the hotel. Breakfast was a bit expensive. air conditioning was not working it was 26 degrees in our room. Room a bit on the small side, the price was also a bit steep. Breakfast at 10E pp is a lot.Hotel room was a bit cramped. A bit of noise outside from the airco-installation. there is no mini bar in the room and nothing to eat in the hotel after breakfast hours.
