From September to October, for a minimum stay of 7 days, guests will receive a free traditional Vietnamese cooking lesson by the owner of the Villa. Please note that a EUR 70 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Cash and bank transfer are accepted methods of prepayment. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please note that the owners live at the property and only guests (included in the reservation) are permitted in the accommodations. Prepayment deposit (30% of total amount) via Paypal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide payment instructions. For last minute reservations (within 3 days before arrival) the total amount of your stay must be paid in cash on arrival. Please inform Villa Les Restanques in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
