The studio apartment was very comfortable and clean. The fold out bed was comfortable and easy to set up. The location was excellent. The market was just down the street and we enjoyed being able to prepare some of our own meals. The wifi connection was very good. We would definitely return.

Location close to centre of city and all amenities. Apartments are modern with well equipped kitchens. There is a lift at the side of the hotel for those who cant use stairs. 500 metres from local rly station and 5 kms to tvg station. Price is excellent.
Perfect location on the main street of Avignon near railway station and Pope castle,
kitchenette in the room equipped with fridge, microwave and cooking plate, all nesessary dishes.

Terrific location. Right in city centre. Carrefour just up street. Well designed and clean studio. Everything worked - fridge, shower, wi-fi. Got tasks done on laptop and checked Emails and enjoyed great city of Avignon.

Smell of cigarette smoke in the room when I arrived,
window looks on the roof of the 1st floor & windows of opposite house. Unpleasant view and not enough fresh air. I believe views from other rooms may be better...
Bedroom window difficult to open.
Finding the entrance was confusing. Need to provide guests with clearer instructions, in particular about cleaning costs and access to hotel and use of lift - get someone to proof the language (ie English)documents to ensure they are not confusing Lighting in corridors definitely needs to be improved.
Our TV did not work at all.
No car parking close by. Considering they charge a €40 cleaning fee if the apartment is not cleaned prior to departure we were surprised that we needed to clean the floor when we arrived as it was sticky and dirty. No one in attendance at reception at weekends.

- the elevator was out of order for the whole week-end. It takes a long time to come down from the 4th floor with a heavy bag in your hands...not easy at all...

Bit hard to find as street numbers seem to be missing

No Dr or emergency numbers given or any info on supermarkets (times of opening etc).
Extremely hard to find the way to check in, especially if you arrive
there on the weekend. There was no way to find the staff. We
couldn't check in at the first day, and we couldn't reach anyone
to help us. We stayed other hotel for the first night.
Nothing - for the price, it was great.
We were upset that the receptionist had forgot to leave us a key to our
apartment and we could not get in the first night. The lift starts from
the first floor and the staircase to the first floor did not have a
hand raid. Not good for an elderly person. Not much cooking could be
done us there were not enough kitchen equipment. There is a kettle but
no coffee maker.
That the office had very limited hours.
