Fair price and close to the bio-technological district. Wifi included and available throughout the hotel. Very clean and quiet. Everything was clean and in working order. Easy to flood the bathroom (shower curtain absent), no closet. Room a bit small, but enough for one person only. The room was incredibly hot and the breakfast room is in a basement with no natural light, which is a bit depressing.
