Nice and calm place, near to nice summer towns. In the room it was all what we needed.
New, accessable. Good parking. Friendly staff.
Rooms were spacious and clean. pool was a bonus.

Closed swimming pool and too little seats near to swimming pool; there was no enough for all.
Pool only open til 7. Not possible to order anything (drinks etc). Had not understood there was not even mini bar, or tea bags in room. Nearest shop miles away, and due to time - too late to get there...Check -in from 5-7pm (too restrictive), esp when pool closes at 7. Other customers personal reservation details were used as scrap paper to provide map of the hotel. Not sure this meets industry standards in terms of confidentiality.

Basic finish and sofa bed.
Staff not friendly, did not reply when called even during checking in hours, which are extremely limited, from 17:00 to 19:00 only
Furthermore one has to clean the house when departing, otherwise one has to pay 80 Euro as a cleaning fee and they preauthorize the credit card (I don´t know yet, if they actually did it, to be fair) 300 Euros even if the cost of the stay is lower. Location not near the beach or Deauville, accessible only with car.
nothing, poor room, the bed was a sofa, poor bathroom, better in an public hospital, very expensive 96 € a night, dirty the room & public area.
